How often should I listen to the CD's?

The key to success with this program is repetition. Listening to CD's (any CD) at least twice a day - preferably 3 times - will greatly accelerate the change process.





How long until I notice changes?

Some individuals notice changes immediately. Others may take several days (in some cases a few weeks). The common factor seems to be how frequently you use the CD's. Greater use = faster results.





I'm not comfortable with someone else having control over me...

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. That is to say, you are always in complete control. There is no CD (or therapist) that will cause you to do anything you are not willing to do or desirous of.





What if I fall asleep while listening to the CD?

That's just fine. Many individual's do just that, take a 22 minute nap! However, your unconscious mind never sleeps. Even though you may find yourself waking up at the end of a CD, your unconscious mind has received the instruction.





What if I go into a trance and can't wake up?

Trance is actually a heightened state of awareness, in which you respond to acceptable and agreeable suggestions. With lack of input (i.e. from a CD or therapist) you will become restless and bored, awakening in a matter of minutes.





How can I actually change my body by listening to a CD? Who's crazy, you or me?!

Possibly both (but then you've probably heard that before), that's why you (and we) are here! We are looking for simple options, things that are so obvious they have long since been forgotten.


Dr. Deepak Chopra (Quantum Healing; Ageless Body, Timeless Mind...) likens our body to a river, with cells constantly being replaced. It takes roughly 30 days to generate an entirely new skin, less than three months for internal organs to completely replace themselves. Within one year 98% of your body is renewed, some parts several times over!





What kind of changes in breast size can I realistically expect?

The average increase in bustline is 2.25" in our research group (1989). This is the equivalent of approximately 1 "cup" size in the US. We would however hasten to point out that MANY woman have experienced increases of four or more inches!





Enough is enough! Can I reduce the size of my breasts?

About one-third of the clients we speak with are interested in having breast reduction. While there is little actual documentation on this, the same basic techniques used in The Body Contouring Programmetm have been reported effective by several women.





I'm thinking of having implants; I have implants; I'm having my implants removed.

We have had all of these types of program participants. There is enough information on implants (breast and otherwise) to keep you reading for years. Can listening to CD's really restore my hair?

YES! This has been very exciting work for us. This is the #2 concern of the average male, and a concern of women as well. We plan on releasing a specific audio CD targeted at hair restoration. Until then, using CD #2 The Room of Transformation has proven to be very effective in this process.





How do these changes affect my feelings and sensitivity?

Without exception participants in The Body Contouring Programme™ have found an improvement in sensuality. For some this was due to an increase in sensitivity and sensual awareness. For others it was in the form of greater acceptance and enjoyment of their body.





Does this program affect my energy level?

A majority of the individuals using The Body Contouring Programme™ report an increase in vitality (energy level). This can of course be attributed to any number of things, several of which are incorporated into the Audio Induction Series. Can this program eliminate cellulite?

Can you use these CDs to reduce wrinkles?

Research supports the theory that we begin aging in our late twenties - thirties. It takes us a long time to die. However, by changing your inner-most beliefs about aging (and outward appearance), your physical body adapts accordingly. Did you ever wonder why people can look so peaceful when they are sleeping? We rest our case!





Can I get rid of stretch marks?

If your body is a river of cells (borrowing from Deepak Chopra, M.D.) that is constantly being replaced, how do epidermal cells know to mutate into "stretch marks"?





What about scars?

Scars are typically reminders of traumatic experiences. We wear them (unconsciously) as a type of "badge" or "medal" for surviving the experience. See Stretch Marks above for more info.





Do I need to go on a special diet?

Diet can be interpreted in a couple of ways: 1) reduction in food intake; 2) specific types of food; 3) specific amounts of food; 4) worst of all, all the aforementioned! Fortunately The Body Contouring Programme™ does not require any of the above. Having said that, the typical participant in The Body Contouring Programme™ often find they do modify their diet in one or more ways. This is apparently on an unconscious level, and therefore quite painless and unnoticed (other than the results) until they are actually asked to recall their recent dietary habits!





Are there any special excercises involved?

It stands to reason that intentional exercise will be beneficial for the average person, and therefore may assist in accelerating any physical transformation. Part of the beauty of The Body Contouring Programme™ is that the changes are stored at a "core" level. However, success in The Body Contouring Programme™ has taken place without modifying an individual's exercise (or lack of) routine. However, The Body Contouring Programme™ does allow the individual to alter their metabolism, and optimize the effect of the exercise they do get!





If this program works for women, what about men and penile enlargement?

The primary difference between breast enlargement and penile enlargement is physiological. While breasts typically consist of roughly 50% fat cells (fairly easily modified), a penis is primarily soft muscle tissue. Having clarified that, we have not specifically worked with clients in this area. The possibility certainly exists. Other websites promote products that make these claims.





Can these CD's be used for things other than Body Contouring™?

Yes! CD #1 (Ten Levels of Relaxation) and CD #2 (The Room of Transformation) can be use for virtually any application. CD #1 (Ten Levels of Relaxation) is a general relaxation CD. CD #2 (The Room of Transformation) can be used for a wide variety of applications. Simply decide what you would like to work on during the session prior to listening to the CD. Then while listening to the CD, implement the thoughts.





I don't know if I can commit to 45 minutes or an hour each day to listen to the CD's...

Each CD is 22 minutes per track. The first track of each CD has a wake-up ending. The 22 minute CD is actually equivalent to a 90 minute nap. Many people listen to the second track - the "sleep track" - to go to sleep at night. In the morning, they set their alarm ½ hour earlier, slip on the headphones (with the first track of the CD), and go back to sleep. They then awake fully refreshed! Then either during a lunch break (reclining in their car for example), or in the afternoon, or after work, they take a 22 minute nap (with a CD) and become fully refreshed for the remainder of the day!





Are both tracks on the CD's the same?

Yes ... and no. They are the same in scripting, with the exception of the last two minutes. The first track ends with a wakeup, while the second track concludes with a suggestion to transition into a rejuvenating sleep.





What are the differences between the CD's?

Compact Disc 1 - 10 Levels of Relaxation; This CD is designed to be used for overall relaxation and deepening techniques. Contained within this CD is a suggestion which is utilized in all other CD's within the series, to deepen relaxation.



Compact Disc 2 - The Room of Trance-formation; This CD is designed to be used to assist you in releasing limiting decisions and beliefs. In addition it has 60 seconds of real time available to address any unresolved issues. This CD may be utilized in a variety of situations beyond Body Contouringtm.



Compact Disc 3 - The Holographic Body; This CD provides you the opportunity to experience changes in: blood flow; cell formation; vibrational shifts and quantum physics.




Compact Disc 4 - The Personal Spa; As the name suggests, this CD allows you to experience many of the benefits of visiting a health spa. The experiences include: massage table; sauna; whirlpool; showers and reflection.



Compact Disc 5 - The Private Cove; This particular CD is particularly sensual. Contained within this CD is a very serene visualization of a visit to a private seaside cove, including experiences on the beach and in the water.



Compact Disc 6 - Maintenance & Future Pace; This CD provides for permanence and reinforcement. The CD is designed to acknowledge the changes that you have made.





Is there a particular order you must listen to the Compact Discs?

The series is designed to start with Compact Disc #1 (Ten Level of Relaxation). This CD creates a deep level of relaxation, as well as imbedded commands the other CD's build upon. The other CD's may be listened to in any order and frequency. However, it is recommended that you listen to Compact Disc #6 (Maintenance and Future Pacing) after you have attained your desired goal.





Are the results permanent?

Studies in breast enlargement through the use of hypnosis have been documented since the 1960's. The Body Contouring Programme™ has been available since 1989. We have had hundreds of clients over the years, and are not aware of any "reversals", if you will. The body of research also supports our findings and experience.
