Dr. Keith D. Clark began working with Hypnosis in 1974. As a professor of Human Communication he has worked with thousands of clients and students since then. The actual Compact Discs he has developed and uses for Body Contouring are now available to the public.
According to Dr. Clark, if a person is free of limiting decisions and secondary gains they can achieve tremendous physical transformation with this program. In the event that a person has some limiting beliefs, the second CD in the Body Contouring Programmetm Audio Induction Series (The Room of Transformation) allows them the opportunity to modify or eliminate the beliefs altogether!
These compact discs have been developed in clinical studies begun in 1989. They have proven so effective that they do not require a therapist to work with them.
These compact discs are digitally recorded in a sound studio. This eliminates potentially annoying and distracting hiss and background noise. The actual inductions are laid over sound studio created and tested background music, designed to create progressive relaxation and endocrine (chakra) opening and alignment.

There are six different CD's in The Audio Induction Series. They include:
CD 1 - The 10 Levels of Relaxation; This CD is designed to be used for overall relaxation and deepening techniques. Contained within this CD is a suggestion which is utilized in all other CD's within the series, to deepen relaxation.
CD 2 - The Room of Trance-formation; This CD is designed to be used to assist you in releasing limiting decisions and beliefs. In addition it has 60 seconds of real time available to address any unresolved issues. This CD may be utilized in a variety of situations beyond Body Contouring tm.
CD 3 - The Holographic Body; This CD provides you the opportunity to experience changes in: blood flow; cell formation; vibrational shifts and quantum physics.
CD 4 - The Personal Spa; As the name suggests, this CD allows you to experience many of the benefits of visiting a health spa. The experiences include: massage table; sauna; whirlpool; showers and reflection.
CD 5 - The Private Cove; This particular CD is particularly sensual. Contained within this CD is a very serene visualization of a visit to a private seaside cove, including experiences on the beach and in the water.
CD 6 - Maintenance & Future Pace; This CD provides for permanence and reinforcement. The CD is designed to acknowledge the changes that you have made.
