Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any of our products from www.contourcosmetics.co.uk. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.

2.1 We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you place your order (e.g. First class or recorded delivery).
2.2 . We will deliver directly to the delivery address provided in your online order. We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. Please see ‘Delivery Options’ on the website for details of where we deliver and the delivery options available to you. We do not deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
Standard UK Delivery
Standard delivery charge is £1.99 - £3.49 based on the weight of your order. If we receive your order before 2pm we process your order that day. We aim but cannot guarantee for your products to be with you in 2-4 working days. CONTOUR COSMETICS are not liable for late delivery by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Recorded UK Delivery
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery charge is £2.99 - £4.49 based on the weight of your order. Royal Mail recorded delivery requires a signature upon delivery. This option has the added benefit of proof of delivery. Royal Mail aims for the item to reach its recipient within 1-2 working days after the order is placed (if placed with CONTOUR COSMETICS before 2pm) CONTOUR COSMETICS cannot be liable for any late deliveries by Royal Mail.
International Delivery is via Royal Mail. Standard International Delivery is not a tracked service and any taxes due will be incurred by the customer and not by CONTOUR COSMETICS.
Standard Delivery to Europe is £5.99 - £7.99 based on the weight of your order.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £7.99 - £9.99 based on the weight of your order.
Europe and Rest of the World Tracked and Insured Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked and Insured Delivery to Europe is £8.99 - £10.99 based on the weight of your order. To the Rest of the Word, Tracked and Insured shipping is £10.99 - £13.99 based on the weight of your order.
International orders: please check with your national mail service as to whether they provide tracking services for posted items when selecting your delivery option. When tracking is not provided as a service, we will send items signed for on delivery.
Guaranteed delivery times are working days. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be picked up on the next available working day and your guaranteed delivery timing will activate after you have received your shipping confirmation email.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt during our working week. Our working week is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Please note: Occasionally delays may occur and this may affect the dispatch of parcels within this timeframe.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED?
CONTOUR COSMETICS try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However from time to time delays can take place by factors beyond our control.
Orders placed under the First Class Standard Delivery option are shipped via Royal Mail and an item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for:
-15 working days in the UK
- 30 working days for delivery to Europe
- 35 working days for the rest of the world.
We will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for this amount of time to pass from the date of dispatch. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team and we can assist you. firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note - there is a time limit of 3 months from purchase, after this no refund will be made.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
3.1 Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, in exception of products that are faulty or damaged when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, destruction or damage after they have been delivered.
3.2 Ownership of the products will only pass to you on either: delivery of the products to you; or by us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect to the goods ordered (including delivery charges) whichever is the later.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 The price of any of our products will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.
4.2 Our prices include VAT but do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount once you have selected a delivery option set out in the shopping cart section of the website.
4.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted and a confirmation email of your order has been sent.
4.4 Your order will not be complete until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards.
4.5 By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you are confirming that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal of payment. We are also not responsible for your bank or card issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card in accordance with your order.
4.6 We are a busy online retailer and despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced in error. We will rectify any such errors as soon as we become aware of them. If a product´s price is incorrect on our website we would normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch, or reject your order and notify you on the reasons of such rejection.
4.7 We may offer 'Web Exclusive Offers' on selected items which will be cheaper than store prices.
- OUR REFUND, returns and cancellation POLICY
5.1 Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it. We cannot stop an order once you have ‘Checked Out’ on our website.
5.2 If you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the product/s, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. We will not pay for delivery of returned items. All products should be returned within 30 days after the items have been delivered to you. In the time until they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused (except to the extent necessary to examine them) and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original packaging and paperwork.
5.3 After you have cancelled your order and returned the products to our specifications in point 5.2, we will refund in full any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Refunds of products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the original order. We endeavour to process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of you cancelling your order.
5.4 If any of our products you purchase are damaged, incorrect or faulty when delivered to you we may offer a refund or exchange as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. 5.5 Our policy on refunds, returns and cancellations does not affect your statutory legal rights.
REFUNDS, RETURNS OR ANY PROBLEMS

This email is only monitored Monday – Friday. Please allow 24-48 hours for our response.
If you receive an item which is faulty it would be really helpful if you could send us a picture to the above email address.
When you contact us please be sure to advise your name and have your order number ready to quote so we can help you as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for import custom charges. If a customer refuses to pay them and the parcel is returned to us we won’t offer a refund.
Please see above details for refunds on ‘lost’ items.
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.
- OUR LIABILITY
6.1 We do not accept liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).
6.2 This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot, under English law, be excluded.
6.3 Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.

- EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not responsible or liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9.1 If any of our Terms & Conditions are declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deleted from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
9.2 We have the right to amend and revise as needed these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice, by changing them on the website.
9.3 Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right. You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms & Conditions.
9.4 You and we both agree that English law applies to these Terms & Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will only be dealt with by the English courts. If you are a resident in another part of the United Kingdom the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute will be brought before the courts there. We are required by law to inform you that purchases can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
